Native plantings at each end and along the bridge represent several plant communities that grew on the site, from riparian woodlands, to wet prairie, dry prairie, and grasslands. There are interpretive labels for several individual plants. Look for the transitions between plant communities from the river side of the Land Bridge to the prairie side.
